How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US generally takes 3-5 business days, while international times vary by location.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
While many of our items are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing our vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottles to preserve the integrity of the thermal seal and the exterior finish.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
